Happy New Year!!

So my New Year's resolution for 2012 is to blog more. I haven't had a post with a project in forever. I also have a goal this year and that is to get published in a magazine. We shall see.... life sometimes gets in the way of crafting but I am really going to make an effort to get more projects done this year. So today I have a quick card to share. I used the Cricut Lite Cartridge Live Simply. This little skunk was cut at 3.5 inches and I used some Martha Stewart flock for his little white stripe. This cut was so easy to put together. The cartridge does cut his eye but I thought a googly eye added more personality. The cartridge also cut little petals and centers forthe flowers but I just used my I-Rock to attach some rhinestones. The background paper is from Echo Park Springtime 6x6 pad. The sentiment is from a Scrappy Mom's set but I forgot to write down what set it comes from. The work week starts back today! I'm actually ready to get back to a "normal" schedule. Happy Tuesday!
